  • HSA and all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is expected at your scheduled session time.

  • I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your provider to learn more about your specific benefits

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or do not notify me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee for missed sessions.

  • I encourage all new clients to begin with weekly sessions. This allows us to build connection, establish momentum, and work toward the relief and growth you’re seeking.

    Bi-weekly sessions are typically reserved for clients who have been in therapy for some time and are ready for a different level of support.
